Alexander Charles Yoong Loong (born 20th July, 1976 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) is a Malaysian racing driver.
In 2002, Yoong was drafted at short notice at the Malaysian Grand Prix, his home race, for the Prost Grand Prix team, after the team's intended driver Tomáš Enge was dismissed for testing positive for marijuana, and finished the race in 14th and last place. The team then replaced him with test driver Joël Camathias for the next race at San Marino.
