William "Bill" Holland (born 18 December 1907 in Philadelphia, died 20 May 1984 in Tucson) was an American racing driver. An AAA championship driver from 1938 to 1951, then again from 1953 to 1954, he scored 20 victories, including 17 in the 77-race 1946 season, scoring three top-five championship finishing positions, the best being second place in 1947.

In 1950, he competed in the inaugural Formula One season, driving in five of seven events, including the Indianapolis 500, a race he had won the previous year. Much like the rest of the team, he did not find success in Europe, with only two thirteenth places to show for it, and after failing to qualify in Italy, he returned to the United States.
