Dougal Kerr (born on March 12, 1977 - the same date as fellow F1RWRS driver Tristan Jung) is a British racing driver most notable for competing in the F1RWRS. He raced for Pacchia in the 2011 Formula 1 Rejects World Race Series season. Midway through the season, F1RWRS journeyman Ashley Watkinson decided to leave Pacchia for Hemogoblin Autowerks, allowing Dougal Kerr to take Watkinson's job. Strangely, Kerr did not actually have a car for his first race, the 2011 F1RWRS English Grand Prix but he entered anyway, using a loaned spare car from the Pacchia team. Kerr did not start in any races during the 2011 season and was dumped by Pacchia for 2012. Kerr then returned to white van racing where he continues to compete.
