Seamus Belcher (born September 3, 2001 in Canberra) is an Australian racing driver currently driving in Anglo-Irish Formula 4 for Falik Arrows.
Belcher also holds the Italian citizenship thanks to his maternal grandfather being born in Alcamo, Sicily. During a visit to his Italian relatives in late 2017, Belcher, who had been dominating in the Australian karting scene during the previous year, came into contact with Adriatica and was admitted into their Young Drivers Program. Willing to improve his skills in an English-speaking environment, he crossed the Channel and joined Falik Arrows's Formula 4 team.
