The High Performance Group (abbreviated to HPG) is a New Zealand motorsport consortium.
Contents
Formation and ownership
HPG is owned by businessmen Raymond Douglas, Craig Harris, and Dominic Spearman through their companies the Douglas Media Group, Harris Finance Limited, and Spearman Industries LLC. The group was formed by Spearman and Douglas with Harris buying into the group later on.
Operations
The High Performance Group are based in Auckland, New Zealand. They have a racing operation, known as High Performance Racing and a driver management arm, known as High Performance Driver Talent Management.
Racing operations
The High Performance Group fully owns and manages High Performance Racing. HPR currently compete in the Lupo GTI championship, the F1RSTC, the RRC, and the RRT. They are the official factory Mazda team in the F1RSTC, and also in the RTCC from 2017 onwards. They are also supported by Ford in the RRC and RRT.

The group will have a new structure from 2017 as follows:
Overall group: Peak Motorsport Group
- Touring car team: Mazda Peak Motorsport (RTCC and F1RSTC)
- Rally team: Everest Ford Rally Team (RRT and RRC)
- Endurance racing/GT team: Glacier-Mont Blanc Racing (ACO Le Mans)
- Engine divison: Peak Motorsport Engines
- Driver management divison: Peak Driver Talent
Sponsors: Mazda, Ford, Harris Finance, Peak Antifreeze, Clos Mont-Blanc, Tourism Nepal

From 2017, HPR will be known as Peak Motorsport, with the rallying/rallycross operation known as Everest Rally Team.
The new endurance racing team will be known as Glacier-Mont Blanc Racing.
