Tiago Mazzacane (born 19.06.1999 in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine racing driver competing in F3RWRS.
Early career
Thiago Mazzacane began karting at the age of 8 years. It soon became clear that he was a talented driver, when he won many local events. In 2013 he became Argentine karting champion, making the step up to Formula 3 the following year. Since the struggling Formula 3 Sudamericana was no option for Thiago, he went to Europe, participating in the Spanish Formula 3 championship and finishing second. In 2015, he planned to join GP3, but due to a lack of sponsors failed to secure a drive. So he had to continue in Spanish Formula 3, dominating the championship until making the step to F3RWRS.
F3RWRS
In 2015, José Pablo Mazzacane decided to enter RWRS racing, and entered the Spa SuperPrix as a guest entrant. This gave Thiago the opportunity to participate in an F3RWRS race. He finished 20th of 62 starters. Later in the season he replaced Stefan Kuntz at Fusion for the Japanese rounds, where he closely missed the points in both races.
Despite not scoring any points in 2015, he kept his seat at Fusion, now renamed Nebula, for 2016.
