Carlo Rossi (born 28th October 1955 in Correggio, Emilia-Romagna, Italy) is an Italian former racing driver.

In the early years of the World Touring Car Masters series, Rossi was a regular entrant in the Italian, Czechoslovakian and Belgian rounds of the series with the Brixia Corse Alfa Romeo team - which he'd combine with his commitments in the domestic Italian series. These appearances brought little success before he eventually faded into obscurity.
