The Peak Motorsport Group was formed in 2017 when Edward Summers' Peak Motorsport Canada merged with the New Zealand-based High Performance Group. HPG had been formed at the beginning of 2016 by Raymond Douglas (head of the Douglas Media Group), Dominic Spearman (CEO of Spearman Industries) and Craig Harris (founder & CEO of Harris Finance). They ran a number of teams in various series during 2016, most notably High Performance Racing in F1RSTC and RRC and Harris Finance Racing in Lupo GTI.

The headquarters of PMG is in Auckland, New Zealand along with their main workshop. Other workshops are located in Coventry ([[Peak Aeroracing Engineering]]), Vancouver ([[Peak Motorsport Canada]]), Berlin ([[Ziegler Auto Racing]]) and Grenoble ([[Mont Blanc Racing]]).

The Peak Motorsport Group (or PMG) is an international motorsport consortium headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand; though it also has divisions in other countries, most notably Canada. They are the owners of ARWS team Peak Aeroracing Engineering.

History
