Katoko 'Kat' Ayama (Japanese: あやま かとこ Ayama Katoko) is a Japanese racing driver. She drove one race in the 2014 Formula One Rejects Big Car Championship season for Likmen Reht Racing, from which she retired, finishing stone dead last in the championship before it folded.

Her activities outside of racing include mountain hiking and mountain biking (which doesn't make much of a difference, at least not in Japanese) and writing poetry. She is especially noted for writing in the haiku format.
