Humbert Moyenmoutier (born September 15, 1994 in Avignon, France) is a French driver who currently competes in ARWS for Holiday Racing Team. Interestingly, Humbert originally trained to become a Catholic priest but he decided to become a professional racing driver instead. He was signed by ZombieKart for the 2014 F3RWRS season but was fired after only three weekends.

He disappeared into obscurity for a couple of years, before re-emerging in 2017 as a driver for Vermillion Automotive Collective at the 2017 ARST Privateer Round of France. Moyenmoutier's performance in that race could only be described as 'disastrous', as his various mishaps and unique 'racing lines' would later be referred to by former series officials as "the thirty minutes of Moyenmoutier". As a result, he was swiftly banned from the series by ARST's sporting director, Al Smith. Moyenmoutier appealed the ban to the AutoReject commission, who chose instead to uphold the ban across all AutoReject-sanctioned series, effectively ending his racing career.

In the lead up to the 2023 ARWS season, an administrative oversight led to Moyenmoutier's ban technically becoming lifted, and, despite his unflattering track record, he was signed by Holiday Racing Team to drive for them that season. News reports later suggested that AutoReject considered re-instating the ban, but decided against it to avoid any legal troubles overshadowing the start of the first ARWS season in 4 years.
