The FIA Italian Formula 4 Championship, more commonly known as Italian Formula 4, is the domestic entry level single-seater championship in the country of Italy. It is one of the few national Formula 4 championships to venture out of its host country, with short trips across the nation's northeastern and northwestern borders to Croatia and Monaco respectively.
