Alexandre "Alex" Dias Ribeiro (born November 7th, 1948 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil) is a Brazilian former racing driver known for his appearances in Formula One.

After a moderately successful junior career, Ribeiro bought himself a drive at three Grands Prix in 1976 with the Ensign team. His first race - the season opening Argentine Grand Prix - saw him take an impressive fifth place. Ribeiro's two other outings - the United States Grand Prix West and the Canadian Grand Prix - would end in retirement on both occasions.

A full time drive beckoned in 1977, and Ribeiro moved to the Shadow team alongside March refugee John Watson. The poor Shadow chassis meant that Ribeiro would regularly fail to qualify, only managing to qualify for the South African Grand Prix, where he retired, before being dropped before the Japanese Grand Prix in favour of Noritake Takahara.
