Peak Motorsport is the senior open-wheel team of the Peak Motorsport Group. They compete in the GP2 series and the Formula Female World Championship.

History

The team was formed in May 2006 by Edward Summers in order to enter the GP2 series. The team was bought out by the High Performance Group in 2016 as they wanted an already established business to spearhead their racing operations. Summers retained a 10% stake in the team. The subsequent buyout of HPG by Harris, Clark & Ziegler means that it now comes under the umbrella of the Peak Motorsport Group.

Current operations

GP2

Peak entered GP2 in 2007, as Peak Motorsport Canada based out of Vancouver.

Formula Female

Peak Motorsport competes in Formula Female with young British talent Chelsie Knight and Canadian teenager Skye Summers in the #26 and #27 respectively. American model Madison Shaw holds the test and reserve role at the team.
