Richard Michael "Mike" Oliver (born 13 February 1921 in Farnborough) is a British former racing driver and engineer. With Ken McAlpine and Rodney Clarke, Oliver co-founded Connaught Engineering, where he was the engine specialist as well as test and development driver. A keen club racer, Oliver also entered non-championship races in 1955 and 1956, including the 1955 Grand Prix de Rouen-les-Essarts, all without much success.
