Mark the Car Company is a motorsport company. It is also the main cooperation company of several racing companies. Currently the cooperation members are Markus Mk. Company who runs Markus Mk. Racing, Caraxl Racing, and thesantipa Union. Founded in 2001 with Markus Mk. Company and Caraxl Racing as the founders. thesantipa Union joins later in 2011. Current company's president is Giuseppe Markus.

Markus Mk. Racing

Markus Mk. Racing was created back in 1974 with the founders of Australian's Quinn Markus, Giuseppe Markus, and Giselle Markus. The team in early days ran only in Australian and New Zealand championships, before expanding to operate globally for World Sportscar Championship and sometimes IMSA GTP Series. The company is known for it's defunct series, Rejects-1 World Championship which ran from 1994 to 1996. The team mostly ran in Australian motorsport (example: V8 Supercars, Australian Drivers Championship, V8Ute).

Caraxl Racing

Nothing is known clearly who is the founder of Caraxl Racing, but it is for sure it was created in 1990 with headquarters located in Canada. They enter their first motorsport series in 1992 in Life Grand Prix Series, then Rejects-1 World Championship, and expanded to IndyCar starting in 1995, to which they continue until now. They controversially ran at both Indy Racing League and ChampCar Series during the US open-wheel split years. ALso the team ran briefly at Formula Nippon from 2000 to 2004. Sometimes the team raced one-offs in TC2000, Stock Car Brasil, NASCAR, and WTCC. The team's main focus is open-wheel series. In 2005, Caraxl announced a satellite-team named Caraxl Indonesia for Petrus Handoyo and Indonesian drivers.
