Hiroto Tojo

Hiroto Tojo (born March 23, 1987 in Yokohama, Japan) is a racing driver that drove for Takagi Racing Enterprises in Rejects of LFS. He was the winner of RoLFS Nippon Super 200 in it's only race in 2015.

Career

Born to a family whose father is a car mechanic, Hiroto's originally wanted to be a tokusatsu actor. However, when he saw a Formula Nippon race on television, his future was shifted to motorsport. He entered a racing school at twenty and entered in a motorsport development programme in 2009. He progressed to Formula Nippon in 2011, but he had largely lacklustre results, save for a few fluke races; for the next two years, his results improved, however. During this time, he announced his ambitious plan of entering IndyCar by 2014, but this did not happen.

Rejects of LFS (2014-2015)

After his IndyCar plans fell through, Tojo was signed up by Takagi Racing Enterprises, a father-son operation by veteran racers Hiroshi and Kazuhiko. In 2014, Tojo set the unbeliveable record of finishing only at sprint races.
