Gerino Gerini (born 10th August, 1928 in Rome, died 17th April, 2013 in Cremona) was an Italian racing driver best known for his appearances in Formula One.

Gerini made his Formula One debut in 1956 for the Scuderia Adriatica team. Gerini took part in a vast majority of the races that season - his best result being a ninth place in the German Grand Prix.

Gerini switched to Maserati in 1957 but this didn't reap very much success - his best being a eighth place finish in the Spanish Grand Prix.

Gerini was picked by the Alexander Racing Team for the 1958 Italian Grand Prix and was running well in the race before retiring four laps from the end with a puncture. Off the strength of this performance, Gerini was given his big break when he was signed by Scuderia Ferrari for the 1959 season.
