Fujibayashi Racing Team Also known as Fujibayashi Racing Team Juniors and FRT is a Japanese racing team formed by former female motorcyle rider Kio Fujibayashi. The team was originally founded in 2006 after Fujibayashi retired from racing in the previous year. Fujibayashi stated she founded the team as an ambition to bring new female generation of drivers to motor racing. Her younger sister Rio, also a motorcycle rider later joined the team as the CEO after she ended her racing career in 2006 for family reasons.

The team is also noted for advertising several Japanese Companies as well as Anime characters as a purpose of gaining popularity of Japanese culture.

Asian F4

FRT entered the 2019 Asian F4 Season with the signing of two local female drivers, Rio's 14 year old daughter Kurumi Fujibayashi and Sakura Sekai. The campaign was promising with Fujibayashi scoring solid results throughout the season including a few podiums.

Following a dismal campaign in 2019, Sakura Sekai will be replaced by Male driver Atsushi Koizumi. Kio Fujibayashi has immediately stated that she would maintain her challenge in hiring females and that the hiring of Koizumi would give the team a "bit more power in fighting towards the top".
