José Pedro Mourão Lamy Viçoso (born 20 March 1972 in Aldeia Galega da Merceana) is a Portuguese former racing driver.

Lamy was one of the main prospects of the early-mid 1990s scene, having achieved successes in several junior racing categories.

He made his Formula One debut in 1994 for Simtek at the Spanish Grand Prix, replacing the deceased Bernd Schneider. Lamy's F1 career would be cruelly short, as during Friday practice he crashed at the high-speed Campsa corner, suffering a left rear suspension failure. This pitched Lamy's car into the wall, with which it shunted heavily. He was knocked unconscious and taken immediately to hospital, where it transpired that the accident left him paralysed. This accident therefore ended his Formula One and his racing career as a whole.
