The 1967 Elite Racing League season was the 8th season of the FIA's Formula One motor racing support series (the series would remain a support series until 1997.) The Drivers Championship was won by Jim Clark driving for Lotus who won his second championship. Lotus won the Constructors Championship for the second time stopping the streak of Ferrari wins in the past few years.

The United States Grand Prix moved to Watkins Glen this season.

This was Climax's last season in the championship as the company decided to cease racing car production.
Tyre developers - Dunlop left the series following the teams preference to Firestone and Goodyear.
