Hiroaki Ishiura (Born April 23, 1981 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese racing driver.

He participated in the 2019 Super Formula season driving for P.mu/cerumo INGING, where he scored 1 win, 2 podiums and finished 3rd in the Drivers' Standings.

He is affiliated with the Toyota Driver Program.
