Derek Reginald Bell MBE (born 31st October, 1941 in Pinner, Middlesex, England) is a British former racing driver. Bell was one of the most respected drivers of his time, excelling in Sportscars as well as racing in Formula One

Formula One

In 1976, Bell entered the United States Grand Prix for Avon Racing but failed to pre-qualify.

A year later in 1977, Bell took part in a part-season with Vel's Parnelli Jones Racing but failed to pre-qualify on any occasion once again.
