Horace Harry Twigg or Horace Gould (born 20 September 1921 in Bristol, died 4 November 1968 in Southmead) was a British garage owner and racing driver. The owner of Gould's Garage, Twigg changed his name to Gould as many customers called him "Mr. Gould". Gould was successful in British non-championship races from 1953 onwards, and soon ventured into Europe. Participation in the 1955 Grand Prix de Rouen-les-Essarts introduced him to Maserati, for whom he would occasionally drive, and he would compete in the World Championship in 1956 and 1957, without success.
