The 2019 Gran Premio di Mediterraneo was a non-championship FIA Formula Three Eurasian race and the inaugural running of the F3 version of the Gran Premio di Mediterraneo after being held as an F1 race in 2018, held at the Autodromo di Pergusa on the 29th December, 2019.
