Julio Vaca (born 1968 in La Paz, Bolivia) is a Bolivian racing driver. He was the surprise winner of the Rejects-1 World Championship in 1995, having not won a race, but finished in the points for the last 9 races and the podium for the last 3 thus beating out Sam Winton by a point.
