Head Over Wheels Promotions is a racing organization based on British Virgin Islands, founded by Irish-Chilean businessman Séaghdha Puig.

The company was founded in 2016 amidst the ongoing legal battle between ex-IRDU employees and executives. 80% of HoW Promotions were previously working with International Reject Drivers Union.
