The team was formed in 2016 by the High Performance Industries megacorporation.
Operations
The team does not currently run in any series. It has established an engineering workshop in Auckland, New Zealand.

The team has applied to enter the 2016-17 F1RSTC season with driver Julian Clark in a Mazda 323 GTX.
