After winning many Italian and European karting events, he competed in Italian Formula Renault 2.0 in 2014, where he finished second and he finished third in the 2015 European F3 Championship. Cinotti joined Nurminen Racing Engineering at the start of the 2016 F3RWRS season. The step to F3RWRS proved to be difficult. Cinotti failed to make a lasting impression in F3RWRS, failing to score any points in the first nine races. As another race would have locked him out of F1RDS, he decided to leave the series. But failing to find a seat there, he switched his attention to GT Racing and joined Globex Scorpio Racing for the inaugural Porsche Reject Cup season.
