The 1950 Italian Grand Prix was the seventh and final race in the 1950 Formula 1 season, held at Monza. Giuseppe Farina won the race, the championship and the Champion Elimination Medals Championship ahead of Alberto Ascari, who shared his Ferrari with Dorino Serafini. Luigi Fagioli finished third. Johnny Claes clinched the first of his two Mediocrity Awards at this race.
