André Guelfi (born 6 May 1919 in Mazagan, Morocco, died 26 June 2016 in Saint-Barthélemy) was a Moroccan-born French racing driver and businessman. Originally a bank employee and investor in fishing machinery, he began racing in the early 1950s in North Africa. Later in the decade, he moved to Europe to compete in sportscars and Formula One with Ecurie Maghreb, with little success, but significant longevity.
Following the end of his racing career, he invested in real estate and began to cozy up to influential people. He later purchased Le Coq Sportif and befriended Juan Antonio Samaranch, selling his expansive Lausanne property to the IOC. From the late 1990s, he became involved in several scandals and was convicted of white collar crimes on multiple occasions.
