The series features an "arrive and drive" concept. 18 drivers were entered for the CWS inaugural season, with them beeing split into teams of 2. For each race weekend, 4 wildcars were given to drivers who whiched to participate in the series.

The race weekened features a 20 minutes practice session, so the drivers can get up to speed with the cars, a 20 minutes qualifying session, which will determine the grid for both races, and two 30 minute races. Points are handed out to the top 10 drivers, with a 15-12-10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 points scheme.
