Angelica Sophia Lopez (born 21 July 2000, in Mexico City) is a Mexican racing driver currently contracted to Peak Driver Talent, the driver management arm of the Peak Motorsport Group.

She will drive for Speed Collective Racing in the 2017 AutoReject 2.0 North America season.

Career

Angelica first came on the motorsport scene in the Lupo GTI Championship, competing in the Spa non-championship event for John Deere Racing, a subsidiary of Peak. She finished 21st.

Angelica was born in Mexico City, but currently lives in Los Angeles as her family migrated there in 2004.

She is studying to become a dentist in between her motorsport commitments.
