Fireball Racing's first year in racing is the [[2005 Alternate Super GT season]] in which they enter two cars, one for the GT500 and one for the GT300. Their line-up is Japanese based with 3 of the 4 drivers being from Japan. The only one who isn't Japanese is Loic Duval. The frenchman has a great reputation in Japan, and he is supposed to be the teams lead driver. The 3 Japanese drivers are Hideki Mutoh who is driving together with Loic Duval in GT500, and Yuji Kunimoto and Seiji Ara who are sharing the GT300 car. The team will enter a Honda NSX and a Nissan 350Z in GT500 and GT300 respectively.
