'''Racing Team Sibir''' (Russian: Автогоночная команда «Сибирь») is a Russian racing team. Founded in 2020 by Darya Ilyukhina, it gained attention for its audatious effort to operate out of Novosibirsk, despite the extreme logistical difficulties involved in travelling to tracks for testing and racing, which inevitably proved to be operationally nightmarish. In 2022, the team was inadvertently forced into a more conventional logistical arrangement, when economic sanctions imposed on Russia caused the team to relocate to Dubai, in the UAE, to continue operations.
